Founder Jennifer Moore Mehmke is a yoga teacher, writer and public speaker focused on empowering students to develop personal practices for healthy living. Jennifer teaches private sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs and lifestyle by combining Svastha Yoga principles with her knowledge of Anatomy, Movement Analysis, and Regenerative Movement. In 2007, Jennifer received her 200-hour certification from Svastha Yoga and Ayurveda, and continues her studies at the 500-hour level with Dr. Ganesh Mohan.

By sharing tools for self-care, Jennifer empowers her students to establish daily practices that lead to profound healing.
